I don't know, from what I can see, I might agree with your buddy. I just see a Sunfire with underbody neon, black (Plastidipped?) wheels, and what looks to be a pizza delivery sign on the roof. Unless there's something I missed, I don't see how it's specifically riced.

Now, put some Rotas on it, a crappy bodykit, big wing, carbon fiber tack-ons, LED washer jets, ugly paint, etc., then you're getting ricey.

EDIT: now that I've seen the second pic, yep, that's rice.

I'm usually defending riced-out cars here, but this is bad. It is fixable though.

Tell him he should get different wheels, a bit bigger with nice fitment, lower it, and fix all the spray painted shit. It is not an ugly car if done right.

This is the only decent I could find on GIS.
